AI video generation, pay as you go
Video is the most expensive thing you can generate with AI, which makes subscriptions especially painful: tiers with a fixed number of seconds, credits that vanish at month end, and a single model per tool. Paying per second across many models is cheaper for almost everyone who is not generating video all day.
What a clip really costs
Video models are priced per second of output, and the spread between models is large; the same five-second clip can differ several-fold in price between a fast model and a flagship one. A tool that shows the price per second next to each model, before you click, lets you spend the premium only where it shows: a hero shot on the best model, b-roll on a cheaper one.
Subscriptions hide this by bundling seconds into tiers. You cannot choose to spend less on a simple clip, and you lose the unused seconds.
When a plan does make sense
If you produce video daily, a monthly Tools allowance is cheaper per second than packs, and the Workspace plans roll unused credits over for a month (three months on Workspace Max). The practical approach is to start with a pack, look at what you actually spent after a few weeks, and move to a plan only if the numbers say so.
How to do it in Vyndexo
Start free, add a pack
Create a free account and buy a Tools credit pack. Nothing recurs.
Choose the model per clip
Media Studio lists 69 video models (Kling, Veo, Luma, Seedance, Hailuo, Vidu, Grok Imagine and more) with price per second shown.
Set duration and resolution
Shorter and lower-resolution clips cost proportionally less. The total is shown before you confirm.
Generate
Only successful clips are charged. Retries after a failure cost nothing extra.
Common questions
How is a failed video handled?
It is not charged. You see the failure, adjust, and try again.
Can I use the same prompt on several models?
Yes; switching model keeps the prompt and references, so comparing two models on one shot is two clicks.
Do credits expire?
Bought credits never expire. Monthly plan credits roll over per the plan's rollover period.
