Questions

Which tools can you connect?

Anything with mail, a form, a webhook or an API: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Teamleader, Pipedrive, Notion, Drive, WhatsApp Business, Discord and most portals. We confirm the list at scope freeze.

Who owns the workflows?

You do. They run in your Vyndexo workspace; the documentation is yours; Kroventra keeps access only as long as you want support.

What about personal data and GDPR?

Data stays in your systems and your workspace; we process only what the workflow needs, under a processing agreement that is part of the quote.

What does a change cost later?

Small changes in the first 30 days are included. Afterwards a change to an existing workflow is quoted per hour, a new workflow from €950.
