We specialize in AI tool activations but can set up interactive demo stations for any software product. We'll work with your team to build the right demo flow for your audience.
We bring everything — screens, tablets, stands, cabling, hotspot backup, power, and any print hardware if needed. You don't need to supply a single piece of equipment unless you want to use your own branded hardware.
We typically arrive 2–3 hours before doors open. For larger setups or events with early access restrictions, we work with the venue schedule to be fully operational well before your first visitors arrive.
All collected leads belong 100% to you. We deliver a clean CSV export after the event — or connect directly to your CRM if you prefer. We never use, sell, or retain your lead data.
We're based in Brussels and primarily serve Belgium and the Netherlands — but we travel. If your event is elsewhere in Europe, reach out and we'll work something out.
2–4 weeks is ideal for most events. For large expos or corporate events with custom hardware or branding needs, 6–8 weeks is better. That said, contact us even if it's last minute — we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
